I saw this quote from a discussion board in my office. I was touched by it and want to share it with you.
Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than into our own family, an unwise investment indeed, don’t you think? So what is behind the story? Though we would like to get people’s attention all the time…it is sometime better to give your attention to someone.

hmm…I thought it is more like no overtime please.
We need to strike a balance between work and family. How do achieve the equilibrium is an art of wisdom. In this highly developed society, one’s success is measured by his materialistic achievement. As such, pursuit of wealth and authority have become the sole important objective. It is difficult to reverse the trend.
