Rather than indulge in ice-cream for desert, I decided to make a delicious glass of creamy Avocado smoothie instead.

The desert was easy to make and very nutritious as well.

Ingredients
1 medium avocado
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 dessert spoon sugar (vary quantity according to taste)
1 cup ice

Directions
Throw everything in a blender and process until consistency is smooth.

And there you have it – a healthy, well-balanced desert alternative.
